If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to get what you need.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Kids Gaelic Shorts (due to specific customization for sports)
- Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return to our address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive confirmation – We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.
Return Request Template
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what you can expect:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d like (size/color)
Note: If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
For exchanges to international locations (excluding some Asian and remote regions), additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your child’s sportswear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
